On Wednesday 17th June, Gloucestershire Managed Services proudly marked HEFMA Estates and Facilities Day – a national day of recognition for the people who keep our hospitals running behind the scenes. At both Gloucestershire Royal Hospitals and Cheltenham General Hospital, our GMS teams took the opportunity to showcase the breadth of their work, demonstrating the vital role they play in supporting patient care and clinical services.

Staff and visitors alike were drawn in by the interactive exhibits, engaging visuals, and hands-on activities designed to give a glimpse into the everyday work of our unsung heroes.

The day not only highlighted the range and quality of our work, but also sparked conversations, built cross-departmental understandi

ng, and gave staff a well-deserved moment in the spotlight. The enthusiasm from those involved helped make it a truly collaborative success.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring the day to life. We’re proud of the work we do, and we’re proud of the people who do it.
